Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please read this policy before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, contact us with your Order ID.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund for prepaid orders within 1–2 business days.
Cancellation requests are accepted only through official support channels. Requests made via social media will not be considered.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return only if it meets the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation via call or message.
Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.
Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD option for future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
It may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
5. Seller Cancellation
We may cancel an order in the following cases:
Product is out of stock
Incorrect or incomplete address
Order marked as high-risk or suspicious
In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has been made.
