Refund policy

We keep things simple. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if there’s a genuine issue with your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if you received a wrong product or the product is damaged or defective.
Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is compulsory, starting from sealed package opening.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.
Requests without proper video proof or after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for size issues or fitting problems.
Change of mind after delivery is not allowed.
Minor color variation due to screen differences is not eligible.
Used, washed, or customer-damaged products are not accepted.
Items without original packaging will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

Email us at support@eizaro.com within 3 days of delivery.
Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear unboxing video.
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for self-shipping.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if a wrong or defective product is delivered.
Request must be raised within 3 days.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Exchange depends on product availability.

5. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timeline is 8–15 business days.
For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Refund will not be issued if the product is used or damaged by the customer, if no unboxing video is provided, or if the request does not meet the return conditions.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
For cancellation, contact support@eizaro.com.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is required.
Without video proof, return or exchange cannot be processed.
